Russia and Iran sign documents on construction of the Rasht — Astara railway
In Tehran, a protocol on access to land plots and a supplementary agreement to the contract were signed for the Rasht — Astara line, about 162 km long. Deputy Prime Minister Andrei Nikitin said the plots have been handed over to the Russian side and surveys are continuing.
