Ministry of Internal Affairs proposes banning luring people to mass events with free giveaways
The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Uzbekistan has put forward for discussion a draft resolution on mass event safety: a ban on attracting citizens with free giveaways and discounted goods, restrictions on alcohol sales within a 500-meter radius, venue capacity standards and rules for participants. The discussion will run until November 20.
