Number of self-employed in Russia may exceed 20 million by 2027
Economist Igor Balynin forecasts growth in the number of professional income tax payers to 20 million people in 2027 and 22–23 million by the end of 2028. Over three years, the figure has more than doubled — from 8.52 million to more than 17.6 million.
