Breast Cancer Screening in Uzbekistan: 2.6 Million Women Examined Over Four Years, 6,702 Cases Detected
The Republican Oncology Center presented the results of mammographic screening from 2021 to June 2025: more than 2.6 million women were examined, cancer was detected in 6,702, with 78% at early stages. Since 2024, free screening has been available for women over 45.
