Fraudsters in Moscow most often deceive people under the pretext of delivery
A survey showed that calls about confirming an order or delivery are the most common fraud scheme in Moscow: 28% of participants encountered it. Another 24% received calls from alleged bank employees and police, and 21% encountered fake websites of banks and government agencies.
