In Uzbekistan, from 2030 medical and pharmaceutical workers will be banned from working without state registration
By a resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Uzbekistan dated October 19, 2026, a regulation on the procedure for state registration of medical and pharmaceutical workers was approved. From January 1, 2030, only registered specialists will have the right to engage in professional activity — for five years. From July 2027 to January 2030, registration will be voluntary.
