Russia prepares traffic rule amendments for e-scooters: age 16+, ban on riding together and new parking rules
Ksenia Erdman, director of the Association of Micromobility Operators, spoke about upcoming amendments to the traffic rules: the minimum age for riding personal mobility devices in public areas may be raised to 16, the ban on riding two to a scooter may be enshrined in the rules, and parking may be allowed only in marked areas. She called the last proposal unfeasible for now.
