The shareholders of Rubicon Wireless Communication JSC (Perfectum brand) on October 16 unanimously approved the sale to entrepreneur Oybek Tursunov of real estate in central Tashkent and 2,012 fixed assets with a total value of 98.37 billion soums including VAT. The deal was approved three days before the VEON group announced the purchase of 100% of the operator's shares.
