The FSB Directorate for the Belgorod Region has opened a criminal case against the owner of the Telegram channel 'Pepel', who has been designated a foreign agent and who, according to the agency, is in one of the countries of the South Caucasus. He is charged with justifying terrorism and supporting banned organizations; he faces up to seven years in prison.
