Administrative liability of parents for failure to fulfill child-rearing duties strengthened in Uzbekistan
The adopted law aims to improve the system of protecting children from all forms of violence. The fine for failure to fulfill child-rearing duties will range from 5 to 10 BRV, for obstructing education from 15 to 20 BRV, and in case of repeated violation, administrative detention of up to 15 days is possible.
