World Health Summit President Axel R. Pries: global health is a 'team sport'
Professor Axel R. Pries, who heads the World Health Summit in Berlin, told Euronews in an interview that rising nationalism in health policy is a 'political virus' and called for multilateral cooperation under the auspices of the WHO. He assessed the role of Europe and Germany, spoke skeptically about bilateral agreements under the America First strategy, and supported the draft German health law for crisis situations.
