Mistral releases weights of trillion-parameter model ML4 for self-hosted deployment in cyber defense
France's Mistral has published the weights of its flagship model Mistral Large 4 (ML4), nicknamed 'Le Chonk': companies and government agencies will be able to download and run it on their own infrastructure. The company positions the release as a tool for 'sovereign cyber defense' and a European alternative to American and Chinese models.
