Peskov: No agreements yet on visits by Russian and Ukrainian ombudsmen to prisoners
The press secretary of the Russian president, Dmitry Peskov, told Vedomosti that no agreements have yet been reached on mutual visits by human rights commissioners to their compatriots in custody, but the visit of Dmitry Lubinets to Russia has already set a precedent. This concerns the continuation of the humanitarian mission in Alyoshki.
