WSJ: Ukraine, under pressure from Trump, has temporarily halted strikes on Russian oil refineries
According to the Wall Street Journal, the pause began last week and is likely to last until the US midterm elections on November 3. Jared Kushner, in Oslo on October 20, asked Zelensky to halt the strikes for 30 days. Reuters could not independently confirm the report.
