Near Odesa, a strike on a DTEK energy facility reported: some residents left without power
The press service of the Ukrainian energy holding DTEK reported a strike on a major energy facility in the north of Odesa region. Some consumers were left without electricity; the exact number of households affected was not given. Earlier, a war correspondent reported a strike on the Odesa CHP plant and seven substations.
