State Duma Prepares Law on Traditional Values With Punishment for Violations
Nina Ostanina, chairwoman of the State Duma committee for the protection of the family, said the lower house is preparing a law that would enshrine traditional values and establish administrative or criminal liability for violating them. Currently, the criteria for non-traditional values are vaguely defined.
