Tashkent: bus intervals reduced to 8–10 minutes, night routes and electric buses under development
Tashkent authorities reported reducing the average bus interval from 13 to 8–10 minutes, plans to purchase 200 electric buses and 100 buses by private carriers by the end of 2026. Night routes, promised by the end of 2025, have still not been launched — entrepreneurs' proposals are being studied.
