What changes in Uzbekistan from November 1: schools, discounts for the elderly, advertising, subsidies, and new powers
Starting November 1, 2026, several new measures take effect in Uzbekistan: schoolchildren will be taught to recognize the signs of stroke, the elderly will receive a 50% discount at museums, advertising calls and SMS will be restricted, greenhouses will be subsidized for half of their electricity costs, and the planting dates for 140 million saplings have been distributed among the regions. Meanwhile, the new entry rules for Egypt have been postponed to March 1, 2027.
