Indian state of Andhra Pradesh prepares for the landfall of Cyclone Murasu
Severe cyclonic storm Murasu is expected to make landfall on the Andhra Pradesh coast overnight into Tuesday with winds of 100–110 km/h. Authorities are evacuating people from low-lying areas and preparing for damage to thousands of electricity poles — just days after Cyclone Arnab claimed the lives of five people.
