Moscow City Court upholds 40,000-ruble fine against Morgenstern
The Moscow City Court upheld the ruling imposing a 40,000-ruble fine on rapper Morgenstern under the article on violation of foreign agent obligations and rejected the appeal. This is the first fine under this article following the in-absentia conviction and the collection of 8.2 million rubles.
