The President of Uzbekistan appointed Oktam Khamdamov deputy minister of emergency situations for digitalization and cybersecurity. He previously headed a department at the Cybersecurity Center. It was also reported that Bakhtiyor Rakhmonkulov was appointed head of the ministry's small-craft inspection.
