Professor names two habits that prevent proper sleep: alcohol and television before bed
Alexey Bereznikov, professor at the Department of Internal Medicine of ROSBIOTECH University, explained why falling asleep with alcohol, the TV, or the radio on does not allow the body to recover. According to him, the average person sleeps six to seven hours, and the optimal bedtime is between 10:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m., when melatonin is produced.
