Russia claims illegal prisons in Ukraine appeared after 2014
Military expert Andrey Marochko linked the existence of illegal prisons in Ukraine to the 2014 coup. The statements were prompted by Kyiv's confirmation of a secret prison in Petropavlivska Borshchahivka near Kyiv and the subsequent protests.
