State Duma Proposes a Unified Document for Preventing School Bullying
Deputy Speaker of the State Duma Maria Voropaeva stated the need for a unified document defining procedures for preventing bullying in schools and the responsibilities of government agencies. In her view, fines alone are not enough, and schools lack psychologists.
