On October 19, at around 15:10, in the Shaykhantahur district of Tashkent on the territory of the Malika shopping complex, internal affairs officers attempted to detain a wanted man. While fleeing, he collided with a BYD car, shattered its windshield, but continued running and was detained. He had been repeatedly summoned for investigative procedures and was placed on the wanted list for failing to appear. An investigation is underway.
