More than 110 billion rubles allocated for the major overhaul of Russian colleges through 2030
Russian Education Minister Sergei Kravtsov said that more than 110 billion rubles have been budgeted for the major overhaul of colleges through 2030, of which almost 20 billion is for 2026. In 2026, about 270 colleges are planned to be repaired.
