Interior Ministry reveals scheme behind record theft of 450 million rubles from a Moscow woman
The Moscow Main Directorate of the Interior Ministry explained how fraudsters, posing as FSB and Central Bank officers, persuaded a Moscow resident to withdraw her savings and hand them to a courier. The amount — 450 million rubles — is a record for remote fraud in the capital.
