Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova published a post comparing the events in Warsaw with Ukraine's Maidan. The trigger was a conflict over the leadership of Poland's Constitutional Tribunal: on October 30 protesters gathered outside its building, and President Karol Nawrocki called what happened a 'forcible seizure' of the constitutional body.
