EC transfers 4.36 billion euros to Ukraine under the Ukraine Support Loan
On November 5, the European Commission transferred 4.36 billion euros to Ukraine: 3.7 billion is the second tranche of macro-financial assistance for 2026, and 658 million is for defense needs. Military products will be procured primarily from Ukrainian companies. The total loan under the program is 90 billion euros for 2026–2027.
