London's Prime Property Market: 10.1% Discounts, Sales at Lowest Since 2016
According to LonRes, in September sellers of prime London property agreed to discounts of 10.1%, while prices fell 7.1% year on year. The number of transactions was the lowest for September since 2016. Meanwhile, new listings have appeared in the 'super-prime' market, including penthouses for £15.5m and £20m.
