Lebanese army rejects Israeli accusations of failing to disarm Hezbollah south of the Litani
The Lebanese army rejected Israeli accusations that it is not disarming Hezbollah south of the Litani River, as required by the November 2024 ceasefire agreement. The dispute concerns a facility in the town of Kfarra: the army said it cleared and closed it on October 16, and called Israeli footage of weapons transport filmed on July 3. Israeli army spokesperson Ella Waweya had earlier claimed the opposite.
