Turkish intelligence chief Kalin discussed unification of Libya's divided institutions with the prime minister in Tripoli
Head of Turkish intelligence (MIT) Ibrahim Kalin met in Tripoli with Libyan Prime Minister Abdulhamid Dbeibah. The parties discussed unifying the rival eastern and western administrations and armed forces. The meeting took place on the day Libya's House of Representatives approved the maritime jurisdiction agreement with Turkey, which it had previously rejected.
