On November 6, during a powerful cyclone with hurricane-force winds and a thunderstorm, workers in Yekaterinburg mowed grass along the roads. The video was filmed by a resident of an apartment building; the city administration has not yet responded to URA.RU's inquiry, so it is unknown whether this was scheduled work or an unadjusted schedule.
