Ministry of Justice adds Dud, Bykov, Nevzorov and Akunin to the registry of persons under temporary restrictions
Russia's Ministry of Justice has expanded its special registry of citizens abroad evading the execution of their sentences: the list now includes Yuri Dud, Dmitry Bykov, Alexander Nevzorov, Boris Akunin (Grigory Chkhartishvili), Dmitry Gudkov, and Leonid Volkov. The restrictions affect finances, property, and government services.
