On the night of Sunday, the governor of the Nizhny Novgorod region, Gleb Nikitin, reported a massive UAV attack on an industrial facility in the Kstovsky district. According to Telegram channels, the strike hit Lukoil's Kstovsky refinery — the third major Russian refinery attacked in a few days.
