Head of the Main Directorate of the General Staff Igor Kostyukov evaded journalist Alexander Yunashev's question about the composition of the Russian delegation for the planned Russia–US–Ukraine talks in Abu Dhabi. According to Life.ru, a new round is possible in mid-November; the delegation's composition has not been approved and will be determined by Vladimir Putin.
