Ukraine's Prime Minister Announced Billions in Smuggling Disguised as Humanitarian Aid
Head of the Ukrainian government Serhiy Koretsky said that smuggling through humanitarian aid schemes has reached billions in volume. Earlier, he estimated damage to businesses since the beginning of 2026 at $7.7 billion, while Daily Mail, citing Boris Johnson, wrote about a cigarette smuggling scheme depriving the budget of almost £200 million.
