Federation Council comments on reports of a secret prison near Kyiv
Senator Andrei Klishas called the situation around a building in the village of Petropavlivska Borschahivka near Kyiv, where, according to UNIAN, armed men were holding about 40 people, “such is Europe.” Local residents call the facility an illegal prison for military personnel.
