Qubad Talabani denied reports of US plans to use Iranian-Kurdish opposition groups in a war with Iran and proposed a peaceful settlement model modeled on the process between Turkey and the PKK. He also spoke about the disarmament of pro-Iranian groups in Iraq and the two-year government crisis in Kurdistan.
