Ipsos survey: doctors and scientists are the most trusted professions, politicians the least trusted
The international Ipsos Global Trustworthiness Index 2026 study covered 23,537 internet users from 31 countries. Doctors received a net trust index of +43, politicians −48: the gap was 91 points.
