Intel Reports 21% Revenue Growth in Q3 Driven by Demand for Data Center Processors
Intel's third-quarter revenue increased 21% year-on-year to $16.5 billion, surpassing the company's own forecast. The primary driver was the Data Center and AI segment, where sales grew 78%, marking the fastest segment growth in 15 years. Meanwhile, client processor sales declined 5%, and the CFO warned that the PC market downturn is expected to continue at least until the first half of 2027.
