Russia and Africa agree to establish industrial zones with localized production
Following the third Russia–Africa summit, held on October 28–29 in Moscow, a declaration has been published outlining a plan to create Russian industrial zones on the continent with a mechanism for localizing production. The day before, Vladimir Putin spoke of Western attempts to 'drive Africans back into debt bondage.'
