Estonian court partially rehabilitates hitman Imre Arakas, recognizing his 1970s crimes as a 'struggle against the Soviet regime'
Estonia's Supreme Court recognized part of Imre Arakas's late-1970s crimes as a 'liberation struggle' against Soviet rule and dropped charges on a number of episodes.
