Frosts down to minus 17 degrees possible in Saint Petersburg in November
Leading specialist at the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia Lyudmila Parshina told TASS that in November in Saint Petersburg, during individual cold snaps, temperatures may drop to minus 17 degrees at night. At the same time, the month as a whole is expected to be slightly warmer than the climate norm.
