After a practical class in inorganic chemistry at Ufa University of Science and Technology, where fumes were released while working with hydrofluoric acid, eight students complained of feeling unwell. Three were taken to hospitals, and five refused examination. Hospitalization was not required, and tests revealed no poisoning.
