Major fire breaks out after explosion at oil refinery in Visakhapatnam
Late Monday evening, an explosion occurred at the Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited plant in the Indian port city of Visakhapatnam, followed by a major fire. The fire engulfed a tank containing sulphur pitch; police said the blaze was not spreading to other parts of the facility. No information about casualties was available.
