Lead Designer of New Tashkent Discussed the Master Plan at Tashkent Design Week
Hakan Ceyhan Agca, founder of the firm Cross Works, explained at Tashkent Design Week on October 27 the principles behind developing the New Tashkent master plan: a canal system based on the level difference between the Karasu and the Chirchik, 28% of the territory for open spaces, transferring experience to local architects, and the role of cultural facilities.
