Mother and daughter killed in suspected grizzly attack in British Columbia
In the Canadian province of British Columbia, 48-year-old Jennifer Balkarras and her 20-year-old daughter Sela Reid were found dead after going missing on 1 November following a walk near Bella Coola. The conservation service suspects a grizzly bear was involved and is setting traps; it is unclear whether the predator acted alone.
