Lavrov: Russia does not expect a 'miracle' in relations with the US and considers Washington at the very least an adversary
Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, speaking at a meeting with young diplomats, said that Russia does not expect an improvement in relations with Donald Trump's administration and views the US as competitors or adversaries. He criticized Washington's tariff policy and the Lindsey Graham sanctions law, noting that Trump's suspension of the sanctions does not mean an end to pressure.
