Macao to celebrate 10 years as a UNESCO gastronomy city in 2027
In 2027, Macao will celebrate a decade since its inclusion in the UNESCO Creative Cities of Gastronomy network. The Tourism Office has announced 'a big celebration of food': 21 Michelin-starred restaurants, 13 Bib Gourmand establishments and a well-developed street food scene. The authorities are also promoting less crowded areas and supporting small businesses.
